Q: Suitable Surfaces 

Which vehicle surfaces can graphics be applied to? 

A: Our vinyl graphics adhere to most smooth, clean, painted, or factory-finished vehicle surfaces — including vans, cars, motorhomes, caravans, and trailers. Deeply textured, heavily ridged, or rusted surfaces are not suitable.

Q: Installation 

Can I install the graphics myself? 

A: Yes — our ready-made graphics are designed for DIY installation and include fitting instructions. Bespoke graphics may be supplied with installation guides or, for complex full wraps, we can advise on professional fitting.

Q:Cleaning & Care 

How do I clean a vehicle with graphics applied? 

A: Hand washing is recommended. Avoid jet washing directly at panel edges or seams. Do not use abrasive cloths or solvent-based cleaners.

Q: Vinyl Durability 

How long will the vinyl last? 

A: Our graphics use premium cast or calendared vinyl rated for 5–7 years outdoors, depending on UV exposure and care. Colours may fade faster in extreme climates.

Can I choose my own colours and sizes? 

A: For ready-made graphics, colours and sizes are as listed on each product. For bespoke orders, colours and dimensions are fully customisable — contact us to discuss.

Q: Ordering & Proofing 

Do I get a proof before my order is made? 

A: All bespoke orders include a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Ready-made designs are produced as shown; contact us before ordering if you need a variation.

Q: Lead Times

How long does production take? 

Ready-made graphics typically dispatch within 3–5 working days. Bespoke orders vary depending on complexity — we'll confirm your lead time when you receive your quote.
