Shipping Policy

At Trailblazers Branding Co., many of our products are made to order, personalised or custom produced. We aim to process every order as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality.

Production Times

Most orders are manufactured and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

During particularly busy periods, or if specialist materials need to be ordered, production may take a little longer. If this happens, we'll keep you informed throughout the process.

Stock items are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, subject to availability.

Delivery

We currently use Royal Mail and Evri to deliver orders throughout the UK.

The delivery service used will depend on the size, weight and value of your order.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days (where selected)
• Evri Standard: 2–4 working days
• Evri Next Day (where possible)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Where a tracked delivery service is used, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

Although we always aim to dispatch orders within our stated timescales, delays can occasionally occur due to:

• Material shortages
• Supplier delays
• High order volumes
• Adverse weather
• Courier delays
• Circumstances beyond our control

If your order is likely to be delayed, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Trailblazers Branding Co. cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@trailblazersbrandingco.co.uk.

We'll work with Royal Mail or Evri to investigate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

Large Orders

Some larger items, such as banners, signs or bulk orders, may require a different courier service. If this applies, we'll contact you before dispatch.

Collection

Collection may be available on selected orders by prior arrangement. Please contact us before placing your order if you wish to collect.
