These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products and services from Trailblazers Branding Co. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.

Throughout these Terms, the words "we", "us" and "our" refer to Trailblazers Branding Co, and "you" refers to the customer using our website or purchasing our products.

Our website is hosted by Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

1. Our Products & Services

Trailblazers Branding Co supplies a wide range of products including, but not limited to:

• Vehicle graphics and signwriting
• Camper van, motorhome and caravan graphics
• DIY self-fit stripes and graphics
• Stickers and decals
• Business signage
• Banners and flags
• Printed stationery
• Promotional products
• Workwear
• Personalised gifts
• Custom printed products

Many of our products are manufactured to order and may be personalised or custom designed.

2. Ordering

When you place an order with us, you are confirming that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• All information you provide is accurate.
• You are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
• You accept these Terms of Service.

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before production begins if necessary.

3. Prices & Payments

All prices shown on our website are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Where applicable, VAT will be shown during checkout.

Prices may change without notice; however, changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment must be received in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Artwork Approval

Where artwork proofs are supplied, it is your responsibility to check them carefully before giving approval.

By approving artwork you confirm that:

• All spelling is correct.
• Sizes are correct.
• Colours are acceptable.
• Layout has been checked.
• Quantities are correct.

Once artwork has been approved, Trailblazers Branding Co cannot accept responsibility for errors that were visible on the approved proof.

Any changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.

5. Custom & Personalised Products

Many of our products are made specifically to customer requirements.

Once production has begun, personalised or custom-made orders cannot normally be cancelled, returned or refunded unless:

• the item is faulty;
• we have supplied the wrong product; or
• we are legally required to provide a remedy under UK consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. DIY Self-Fit Graphics

Our DIY stickers, stripes and graphics are supplied for customer installation.

Please inspect all graphics before beginning installation.

Once installation has started, we cannot accept responsibility for graphics that become:

• creased;
• stretched;
• torn;
• contaminated;
• misaligned;
• incorrectly applied; or
• otherwise damaged during fitting.

Installation is carried out entirely at the customer's own risk.

If replacement graphics are required due to installation errors, these will be chargeable at the current production cost.

Please note that vinyl graphics are often rolled during transport. Creases in the backing paper do not affect the vinyl itself and are not considered a fault.

If we have supplied the incorrect graphics or the product is faulty, we will replace it free of charge in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Vehicle Graphics

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the graphics ordered are suitable for their vehicle.

Trailblazers Branding Co cannot accept responsibility for damage to paintwork caused during the application or removal of graphics where the paint has previously been repaired, repainted, poorly bonded or otherwise defective.

Vehicle graphics should only be applied to clean, fully cured paintwork.

We recommend following our fitting instructions carefully or using a professional installer if you are unsure.

8. Colours & Product Images

We make every effort to ensure that the colours, photographs and descriptions shown on our website accurately represent our products.

However, colours displayed on computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices may vary due to individual screen settings. We cannot guarantee that colours viewed on your device will exactly match the finished product.

Minor variations in colour, finish, material or sizing may occur between batches and are not considered faults.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Graphics
• Artwork
• Photographs
• Product designs
• Text
• Branding
• Website content

is the property of Trailblazers Branding Co unless otherwise stated.

No artwork, graphics or designs may be copied, reproduced, altered, sold or distributed without our prior written permission.

Where we create custom artwork for a customer, copyright remains with Trailblazers Branding Co unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Customer-Supplied Artwork

If you provide your own artwork or logos, you confirm that:

• You own the copyright or have permission to use them.
• They do not infringe the rights of any third party.
• You accept responsibility for any claims arising from their use.

Trailblazers Branding Co accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement resulting from artwork supplied by customers.

11. Availability

Occasionally products or materials may become unavailable.

Where this happens we reserve the right to:

• substitute a similar material;
• delay production until stock becomes available;
• cancel and refund the affected item.

12. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Trailblazers Branding Co cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

• courier companies;
• adverse weather;
• industrial action;
• customs delays;
• incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer;
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

13. Missing or Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please notify us as soon as possible and, where practical, take photographs of the packaging before opening it.

Claims for damaged or missing items should be reported promptly so that we can investigate with the courier.

14. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

By placing an order you agree to our Refund Policy.

Where there is any conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy will apply in relation to returns and refunds.

15. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes:

• cannot normally be used with other offers;
• have no cash value;
• may be withdrawn at any time;
• may exclude selected products.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel promotional offers where misuse is suspected.

16. Website Use

You agree not to use this website:

• for unlawful purposes;
• to transmit malicious software;
• to interfere with the operation of the website;

Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
